INFLUENCE JAPAN
To celebrate the closing of our exhibition People to People, Place to Place: Sydney Tokyo Nagoya at Gosford Regional Gallery, we invited Match Box Gallery collaborators, Janet Laurence, Jennie Tate and Zoe MacDonell to create an installation for the Gallery's adjoining Gosford Edogawa Commeorative Garden inspired by their experiences in Japan. These installations were installed in the garden for a special event Journey to Japan we created on the last day of the exhibition. Mary-Anne Kyriakou also celebrated with us and presented her Sydney to Tokyo: LED's light me up video installation in its original form in the adjoining Arts Centre
